The 2nd Partnership Meeting, held in Cuba, Portugal, from 3 to 7 December 2023, brought together partner organisations from the participating EU regions (Malta, Italy, Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, and Portugal) for their first in-person meeting. Marking a key milestone for the project, the event featured the first transnational technical activity—the Mutual Learning Training—designed to prepare the partnership for the upcoming project activities.

The event was held as part of the “WITH4LESS” project, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission.
